About Kali

A move can change more than your address—it can change the direction of your life. Moving to the Myrtle Beach area did exactly that for me.

Originally from Pennsylvania, I relocated from Boston in 2010 in search of warmer weather, a simpler lifestyle and a fresh start. During an early morning walk, I was greeted by sunshine, palm trees and friendly waves from the people passing by. I loved the relaxed, golf-cart beach-town atmosphere and immediately felt that I had found home.

I have two daughters and two grandchildren who call me KK. Some of my favorite memories are taking them for golf-cart rides to the beach, stopping for ice cream or simply turning up the music and enjoying time together around our family beach town.

That personal understanding of starting over and creating what comes next shapes how I help my clients.

With more than 30 years of combined experience across the mortgage and real estate industries, I bring a valuable financial and practical perspective to every transaction. My mortgage career began in 2000, followed by real estate, brokerage and hands-on project management experience.

My personal real estate experience includes acquiring, renovating and managing 12 homes as rentals and resale projects, retaining investment properties and building our own home on land we selected in Murrells Inlet. I understand relocating, renovating, investing and building from the ground up because I have personally done it.

I help Myrtle Beach area homeowners sell, relocate and downsize with confidence while also guiding buyers and investors. I combine financial knowledge, property experience, strategic negotiation and local insight with guidance that remains personal from our first conversation through closing.

As a first-generation Greek American and fluent Greek speaker, I also proudly assist Greek-speaking and international clients.
